Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment requirements, working closely with the wider team to manage forecasting and intake planning
Assist in the coordination of retail activations at Grand Prix’ and other commercial events, including stock planning, logistics, and on-site support where required

Produce regular trading and operational reports, tracking KPIs across sales, stock, and fulfilment performance
Support the management of purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier correspondence
Maintain accurate records across all operational workflows to support commercial decision-making

Experience in a retail operations, product, or e-commerce coordination role, ideally within sport, fashion, or a consumer lifestyle brand
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
Comfortable working with data — confident in Excel/Google Sheets and able to produce clear, accurate reports
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar) is advantageous
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for stock and inventory management is strongly desirable
A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
