Job Description
Red Bull Advanced Technologies are seeking an experienced Lead NDT Inspector to join our Quality team in Milton Keynes. Working across a diverse range of high-performance engineering projects, you will be responsible for ensuring components meet the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance through the application of non-destructive testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT inspections using Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Dye Penetrant and Eddy Current Inspection techniques.
  • Ensure components conform to the correct specification, material requirements and special processes.
  • Identify and process non-conforming components through the NCR system.
  • Complete inspection reports and NDT documentation accurately and in line with company requirements.
  • Support the inspection of both new and used components to ensure reliability and safety standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with suppliers, engineers and designers to resolve quality concerns and determine component suitability.
  • Support continuous improvement activities and identify opportunities to improve inspection efficiency.
  • Assist the Head of Quality with the development and implementation of NDT best practices and future technologies.
  • Travel to test events when required to support inspection activities.


Key Attributes
  • Experienced in Composite NDT Inspection, with metallic inspection experience desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of UT, Dye Penetrant and Eddy Current Inspection.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Flexible approach to support shift patterns, testing activities and occasional out-of-hours requirements.
