Purpose of the Role聽

We鈥檙e seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in multi-tasking machining. You鈥檒l bring a process-driven mindset to developing turret lathes and next-gen turning centres, contributing to the build of our race cars and supporting components across our Team. Key Responsibilities聽

Design manufacturing stage models, drawings, jigs, fixtures, and bespoke tooling聽

Create CNC programs and setup sheets to meet right-first-time targets聽

Define manufacturing routings and methods for planning and manufacture聽

Deliver manufacturing-based projects that enhance performance and sustainability聽

Design, test and evaluate processes and SOP鈥檚 that support our workload and provide end to end assurity at pace聽聽聽

Collaborate with Machinists and Process Engineers to ease manufacture and drive continuous improvement聽

Lead quality concern resolution using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams聽

Job requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:鈥€燶n
Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, including DFM, cost control, and inspection planning聽

Skilled in offline programming and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis multi-tasking turn/mill machining centres聽

Proficient in CAD/CAM systems and tool management software聽

Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office聽

Strong project management and change management capabilities.聽
