Inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools
Identification of parts that do not conform to drawings
Preparation, documentation, and creation of measurement programs and test reports
Recording and processing of error reports in the quality system
Collaboration with Production Engineering, Design, and Production to ensure the efficient execution of measurement tasks
Point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and drafting issues
Your profile
Successful completion of basic technical training and experience in quality assurance
Experience with 3D measuring arms and excellent knowledge of Polyworks software
Experience using standard hand-held measuring tools
Strong ability to read technical drawings – ISO/GPS 8015
Knowledge of composite component manufacturing is a plus
AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable, or comparable training
SAP knowledge is a plus
Structured, precise, and independent work style
High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a two-shift system
Business-level proficiency in German or English, as well as a willingness to learn basic skills in the other language, are required
