What do you need to bring to the team?

High proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA 3DX, with a strong record of producing accurate, efficient and innovative design solutions
Strong understanding of composite materials, component design, tooling and manufacturing processes, supported by a relevant Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, support others and operate effectively in time-pressured environments
Self-motivated, collaborative and proactive, with strong IT literacy (including MS Office) and a positive contribution to an inclusive, open team culture
